Shipping Policy

Greenwave Swag does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

• PO Box. We do no allow for delivery to PO Boxes.
• Order processing times. After an order is placed, how many business days will it take to get it ready to ship? Communicate if you’re excluding weekends and/or holidays, and if you have certain cutoff times for processing orders (e.g., Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day).
• Domestic and international shipping options. Currently we are only shipping to the United States.
• Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on items, weight and location of your order.
• Local delivery options. We do not currently offer local deliveries.
• Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. 
• Order tracking details. After your order has been made, within one day your order will be processed and sent to print. Depending on the product the print and ship time may vary. Tracking information will be provided when products ship.
